My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room was spacious and comfortable with a good selection of tea and coffee, but it needed some cleaning under the bed. The view from the room was nice, but the small TV made it hard to watch. The service was very accommodating, especially with our young child and dog, and the location was great for exploring the area. The dining experience was excellent, and the facilities were satisfactory.

My stay at the hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic, near the New Forest park and a short walk to Lyndhurst. The dining options were excellent, offering a good variety of cereals and fresh fruit. However, the room I stayed in had seen better days, and the service seemed a bit lacking in enthusiasm.
